Once you start using the services of (Ronock) platform through the mobile application/web application, you agree that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and you accept to be bound by them, and you agree to abide by any applicable published instructions for these services, which may change or be updated from time to time, according to the discretion of the company that owns the platform and what it deems.
(Ronock) reserves the right to change any clause or all of the terms and conditions related to the use of its services and at its absolute discretion at any time, and any changes or updates are considered effective as soon as any of the following occurs: - (Ronock) is not responsible for your failure to accept or review any changes and/or updates that it make to the Privacy Policy and/or Terms and Conditions after they are posted on its platform as you are exclusively responsible for reviewing these changes and/or updates periodically.
Your continued use of our services through the web application and/or the mobile application (which appears through your login to your account) after making any changes and/or updates, or requesting to press on the accept button to continue, is considered as your acceptance of those changes and updates.

In the event that there is any objection to any clause or condition of these terms or to any of the changes and/or updates made to them by (Ronock) at any time, you must stop immediately and not continue to use our services in all forms of use, as continuing with this will be considered acceptance of these terms and changes.

(Ronock) is an e-marketing space that provides companies with the tools necessary to customize their ads, implement their marketing strategy and monitor them after their publication, and in return it allows consumers to benefit from its services by viewing, researching and interacting with these ads.

(Ronock) platform has many features that make it ahead of other digital marketing platforms, such as its respect for users' preferences and privacy while studying their digital behavior and learning their interests and needs to provide the best value for goods and services in the nearest and most convenient locations for them.

(Ronock) platform provides its services through an application that is used on smartphones or through the web, and in both Arabic and English.

(Ronock) platform provides a number of special accounts for users of its services, through which they are provided with all the features and tools of the platform to achieve the most wonderful experience in the world of electronic advertising, as these accounts include (company accounts and the consumer account).

Since you would like to register with us in the company account, let us inform you about the details of this account and its terms and conditions.

The primary goal of (Ronock) platform is to help companies publish advertisements for their business in an advanced and distinct way from other digital marketing platforms, to reach the most interested consumers, thus reducing digital advertising pollution.

For that, (Ronock) platform allowed companies to use their services and tools to create, design, publish and manage their advertisements either by themselves or through other companies performing this role on their behalf.

Where the companies account includes the following:-

• The account of the company that runs its advertising campaigns by itself or through its own sub-accounts.
• The account of the company (alliance partner) that carries out and manages advertising campaigns for a company or group of companies.

(Ronock) platform provides companies with many features through which they can professionally manage their ads, including the following:-

• Create, design and publish all kinds of ads such as text, images and video.
• Receive push notifications and emails by the consumers with the posted ads.
• Allowing consumers to interact, follow-up and share published ads, in addition to the ability to follow the account of the company who published the advertisement.
• Create financial reports, receipts, vouchers, etc.
• Generate reports about ads statistics and market profile statistics..
• Receive alerts and emails about transactions and activities that took place through the account, such as publishing / authorizing / rejecting ads, any updates to the (Ronock) system, or any new policies / procedures.
• The ability to create more than one user account under the main account of the company to use the system.

Registering in a company account (of both types) requires signing a contract with (Ronock) platform to use its system in order to create, design, publish and manage ads.

During the account creation process, the user must fill in all the required registration data (such as username, e-mail and phone number), where his password, which is set automatically, will be sent by e-mail to allow him access the account using the username and password, he must also provide the platform with all the legal documents of the company, its details and branches and their locations, in addition to pictures about the nature of its business.

The account will be activated and the owner will be contacted by e-mail and / or approved phone numbers.

In return for your registration on (Ronock) platform, you declare and abide by the following:-

• Provide all the information required in the registration form (“Registration Data”) and all legal documents related to the company or establishment in a correct, accurate and complete manner and work to update them continuously.
• Provide the company pictures and logos, the nature of the services that are provided, and all the information about the branches in a correct, accurate and complete manner and work to update them continuously.
• If you provide any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information, you assume full responsibility for this information and for any actions taken by (Ronock) platform, such as suspending the account and any advertisements published through it.
• It is prohibited to use the service in any way that violates the laws of the country in which it is operating and the laws of any country where (Ronock) services are available.
• Be careful not to disclose account information to others as you are responsible for the confidentiality of these information and fully responsible for all the activities that occur through it, as (Ronock) will not be responsible for any damages resulting from non-compliance with this clause.
• Notify (Ronock) of any unauthorized use of your account, whether the password or any other uses, so it is always recommended to use a password that is difficult to access by others.

The owner of the account on (Ronock) platform is the person who is fully and directly responsible for his account and all the operations that take place through it, and he is responsible for all actions that will be taken against him at any time and according to the company's self and absolute discretion in the event that any of the following matters are done, for example, but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of our privacy policy.
• Posting any wrong, misleading, duplicate or inappropriate content.
• Use of the technology such as viruses that could harm (Ronock) platform - whether through the mobile application or the web application - or the interests of other users or allow access to the database and collect content and information.
• Any act of sabotage like imposing unreasonable burden on the infrastructure of (Ronock) platform.
• Violating any of the rights of any other party, such as copying, modifying, or publishing content, or using personal information of other people such as photos, videos, texts and trademarks without their explicit consent.
• Posting any content that harms others when using it.
• Infringement of the rights, property and interests of the (Ronock) platform, including patent rights, copyright, secrets and trademarks, and all other intellectual property rights that include the additions and updates to the platform, whether through the mobile application or the web application.

In order to preserve the level of services provided by (Ronock) Platform, any advertisement that contains one or more of the prohibited things below - for example but not limited to - will be deleted directly or indirectly once the prohibited has been identified. Accordingly, (Ronock) also advises its users to report any problem, fraud, or inappropriate content that is noticed through them, so that all appropriate measures are taken against the abusers in order to preserve the rights of (Ronock) and the rights of other users,

• Alcoholic beverages, wines, tobacco products, drugs, psychotropic substances, intoxicants, medicines, and analgesics.
• Nutritional supplements, slimming products and cosmetic creams, unless we provided with a copy of the approval of the Food and Drug General Authority for trading these products in that country.
• Human organs and related matters.
• Prostitution or any other services, including it, violate the provisions of the law in an immoral manner or improper representation of women, which would violate contemporary standards of morality and ethics in Arab societies.
• Religious articles, including books, antiques, etc., or any information or description of any of these materials that affects the religious feelings of any person or group.
• Sexual gadgets and insinuations or reproduction of genitals, etc.
• Antiquities or treasures that are not allowed to be traded under any applicable law.
• Counterfeit or stolen goods or illegal and unauthorized services.
• Goods, materials and services that violate the intellectual property rights of any third party, or even the privacy of any other person.
• Flammable and dangerous substances such as fireworks, explosives, etc.
• All gambling-related services including lottery tickets, betting and slot machines.
• Police and military equipment, including badges, uniforms, coats, and other prohibited materials.
• Post advertisements to sites or companies competing with (Ronock).
• Weapons of all shapes, such as firearms, ammunition, and sharp objects.
• Hierarchical marketing services and schemes to defraud users.
• Endangered animals or ferocious animals.
• Post any advertisements on behalf of other parties except with the written permission or license of the party itself.

(Ronock) platform has a full and specialized team to review all the information, data and documents that are entered and submitted upon registration by users, who also reviews and confirms all advertisements and their compliance with the terms and conditions before publishing them.

(Ronock) platform is just an intermediary through which it creates, designs and publishes advertisements for its users, so it is not responsible for any advertisement published in terms of accuracy, reliability, means of communication or quality of the service provided. However, (Ronock) platform is committed to take all the appropriate measures towards any advertisement that is inconsistent with the prohibited content, such as deleting it completely, and also taking appropriate measures against the owner of the advertisement, such as sending warnings and alerts, also its committed to take all legal measures and informing the competent authorities to implement the necessary law when necessary.

(Ronock) platform is not responsible for the operations that take place between users (the company and the consumer) and for any damages resulting from that, with its commitment to take all appropriate measures when necessary.

(Ronock) platform is not responsible for returning any fees incurred for posting advertisements through it, even if it was by mistake.

The company that owns (Ronock) platform has the right, at its sole discretion, to change the ad calculation / pricing mechanism and payment method over time.

(Ronock) platform does not guarantee continuous access to the services it provides as a result of any circumstances, causes, events, or other matters beyond its reasonable control, such as internet interruption or weak network of the user, and it is not responsible for any damage, delay or failure to implement any of its obligations under these terms and conditions as a result of these circumstances.

- (Ronock) platform collects a lot of data and information from users such as name, address and geographical location in order to improve its services provided to them.
- All information and data collected is protected by reasonable technical means and reasonable security measures for the purpose of preventing unauthorized entry or use.

(Ronock) platform reserves the right to access and disclose any information belonging to its registered users it deems necessary or appropriate, for example, but not limited to the user's account data, contact information, usage history and its content in order to cooperate with the competent authorities to protect itself, its users and the level of services it provides.

(Ronock) platform also reserves its right to report any content if it’s suspected to be violates any of the laws in force in that country or is found to be among the things prohibited from publishing, to the relevant official authorities.

(Ronock) platform allows its users to recharge their account to be able to create, design and publish the ads through one of the following two methods:-
- Zain Cash Platform.
- Credit Cards.

(Ronock) platform provides a translation of these terms and conditions into English for ease of viewing only, and in case there is any conflict between the Arabic version and its English translation, the Arabic version is the approved version and the main reference that governs the terms of your relationship with (Ronock).

The Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions and all transactions that take place through (Ronock) platform are subject to the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
